PROGRAMMES FOR CHAMPIONS
ENRICH in Africa aims to support innovation in Africa and the European Union by upgrading the capacity of incubators and accelerators in both regions through the EiA Champions programme by offering different services and programmes such as: Bootcamps, a virtual academy, a mentoring programme, networking opportunities and the twinning programme among others.

TWINNING PROGRAMME
The objective of the Twinning programme is to build capacities among the EiA Champions, exchange their best practices and seek opportunities for further collaboration. In the EiA Twinning Programme, you are the one who chooses the criteria that will be followed to select your Twinning pair: sector, services or location. The ENRICH in Africa team will guide you, but each twinned pair will the objectives of their collaboration.
The twinning process:
1. Interested Champions fill in the Twinning form
2. The EiA team will review the applications and make the matches
3. Both sides will be contacted individually to discuss the match
4. Accepted matches will be emailed individually to confirm the match
5. A joint video call will be organised to discuss the match, the expectations and to set the objectives of the collaboration of the Twinning Pair
6. A MoU including the framework and suggested objectives will be sent to both sides to sign and return to EiA
7. 6 months after the signature:
• Both participants will be contacted individually to check the status of the process
• A joint video call will be organised to follow up on the relationship development

MENTORING PROGRAMME
The EiA Mentoring Programme offers a mentorship programme for accelerators and incubators across Europe and Africa that aim to form part of our network of Enrich in Africa Champions. This is done through a series of workshops, group sessions, shared video content and online collaborative assignments and exercises. This programme is set out to identify their skills set in specific areas and assist in enhancing the performance of their organisation.
This programme is shown as an incentive to the EiA Champions Network, therefore by applying to and completing the mentorship programme, you will be accepted onto the EuroQuity Platform as an EiA Champion.
